How it works
Submit your business information
When you sign up, we ask a few questions about your business: what you sell, where you operate, and how you plan to use Suby. This takes less than 2 minutes to complete.
Instant pre-screening
Your answers are evaluated instantly against our internal eligibility rules. You’ll get one of three outcomes:
Accepted
Your business looks good. You move directly into the KYC/KYB verification step.
Need more info
We need additional details before making a decision. Our team will reach out to you directly.
Rejected
Your business doesn’t meet our current eligibility criteria and cannot be onboarded at this time.
KYC / KYB verification (if accepted)
Once accepted, you’ll go through a standard identity verification:
- Individual merchants complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) check
- Business merchants complete a KYB (Know Your Business) check
Final approval is also subject to review by our licensed PSP partners. This step is usually seamless and runs in parallel.
